Moto G4 Play completes the Moto G4 Family

Lenovo announced two new Moto smartphones earlier today - the Moto G4 and the Moto G4 Plus. Those are an upgrade over the popular Moto G3 lineup from last year and brings bigger displays, faster chipsets, and better snappers.

There is another Moto G4 phone announced shortly after those two - the Moto G4 Play. Basically, it's last year's Moto G3 with a refined design and it's splash-proof.

The Moto G4 Play features a 5" 720p display and runs on the Snapdragon 410 chipset with 2GB of RAM. The 410 chip packs a quad-core 1.4GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Adreno 306 GPU.

The rest of the G4 Play specs include an 8MP rear snapper, a 5MP wide-angle selfie camera, expandable 16GB storage, and a 2,800 mAh battery. Some notable connectivity options are the LTE Cat.4 and Dual-SIM telephony.
